You will be sent a rental contract. You will then have 1 week to return the contract duly signed, along with a down-payment of 25% of the total booking fee and a €17 flat-rate fee for administrative expenses. You can also take out optional insurance (3% of the total cost, with a minimum of €7.50). The balance should be paid one month before the arrival date.

Accommodation is listed by theme, criteria, number or date. You can make your booking through our centralised booking system. You will be sent the contract by e-mail or by letter. The balance should be paid one month before the arrival date.

Directly with the owner
|

Telephone or mail the owner using the contact details given in the description of the accommodation. If the gîte or B&B is free on the dates you want, the owner will send you a rental contract and a written description of he accommodation. You will then have 1 week to return the contract duly signed along with a down-payment of 25% of the total booking fee. You will pay the balance upon arrival.
